Kathy Courtney: Industry Innovator
Although not a native, Kathy Courtney has become a household name in Wellington. She helps over 200 families a year buy or sell property in Palm Beach County.
In 1990, Kathy relocated from Chicago to Wellington with everything she owned packed in the backseat of her car. She landed a job with RE/MAX Realty and quickly became one of their brightest stars. She was consistently the top producer in Florida and was named one of the Top 100 Realtors in the world, making her reputation for being a real estate "animal" well deserved.
Kathy has been a national real estate trainer and speaker, and two years ago she and two partners incorporated an exclusive training and coaching firm designed to assist and motivate top real estate producers.
She and her six-year-old daughter, Anna, live in West Palm Beach with their two poodles. A graduate of Boston University, Kathy was one of the first women to have a seat at the Chicago Board of Options and Exchange.
